Welcome to TEQ3, one of the longest existing and most
copied massively multiplayer online role playing game. TEQ3 is a war game; you have
to compete with thousands of players from all around the world. You have to
organize your country plot out strategies and plan attacks to conquer the most land
and resources. You can play all by yourself and conquer the crown, or join a team
to learn and become the most powerful team on the block. Best of all, the game is
free to join!

Starting this round, we will pay more attention to Teams again. The TEQ Team-Top50 is back, which shows how good a team is doing over multiple rounds. On top of that we'll be displaying more historic overviews and stats the coming time. Check the team top-50 link in the bottom right list of this page. Another important change is the Declare War options. When you are 24 hours out of Neutral, you can decide to declar war on a country for a minimum of 72 hours. During the time, the sizing restrictions (which were applied last round) are lifted so you can attack at will. It also has a down side though: Your oppent will be able to attack you as well! I'm sure this will be another entertaining round of both warring and team diplomacy. All have fun!

To help new players to get to know TEQ a bit easier, we introduced a new help system. This help system can be recognized by the little help icon which has appeared on most pages. When you click on it, the link will bring you to the related Wiki topic. Not all Wiki topics exist yet or may require some changes or updates and everyone is welcome to change, add, refine the information on the help pages. You can do this by creating a Wiki account, login and just start creating and editing the pages. The Help pages are part of the existing TEQ Wiki, which makes it possible to related help pages to existing topics. So please help us out and add some of your knowledge to the help pages! Thanks!

Starting this round, we built in a new rule when going to war: When you attack a country that is more than twice your size or less than half your size, your population will become upset and it will demoralize your army. You can still do the attack, but you will suffer the consequences. With this new rule we hope to make it more attractive that attack only countries that are roughly your own size and thereby enhancing the gaming experience for everyone.

Just a small news update today. March has broken another record. We had even more visitors in March than we had so far in a single month. Let's see if we can break that record another time. TEQ Tournament has just started its third round. Not many changes have been applied, except for the archive, which is now level specific and some bug fixes. We're investigating the score system and will decide later whether we will change it for this round. We finally created a more user-friendly error screen. You may have seen it already (hopefully not). This means you won't see the "raw" web server error anymore, but a friendly message showing a reference a logged event.
